Friendly flat mate

Looking for a buddy up for city centre, ideally near around Moorfields station but happy to look further away.

I’m a lawyer at Liverpool John Moores University and the office is city centre based. I tend to work a couple of days at home.

I do come with a cat! He’s lived in city centre apartments previously (from when I got him as a kitten) and he’s used to being indoors and is well behaved. Of course would need someone who would be comfortable around him also.

I’m not massively into going out until all hours/partying but do enjoy socialising and having a few drinks in a nice bar/pub. I go from hermit to wanting to cook dinner for everyone!

Very much value my peace, having a clean and tidy home, and I’m generally very easy-going and open-minded.

Would love to buddy up with someone around age/with similar values.
