Canadian looking for a room in Edinburgh!

Hello! I am moving to Edinburgh from British Columbia, Canada on a Youth Mobility Scheme visa at the end of January. I'm looking for a room to rent in a shared flat/house, preferably for 6+ months.

I recently graduated university with a degree in Environmental Sciences, and will be looking for jobs in this sector when I arrive in Edinburgh, and working in education/hospitality in the meantime.
I really enjoy any sort of outdoor activity (hiking, climbing, biking, etc), reading, going to live music, cooking with friends, getting some drinks, and movie nights, board game nights, etc! I value having a good relationship with my roommates and being able to be social together, while also respecting each others own space and alone time. I'm tidy, clean and enjoy making new friends.

I have lived with flatmates the past 4+ years and am happy to pass along references. Please send me a message if you think I could be a good fit for your place! Looking to start renting mid-January, but happy to start paying rent before that for the right fit.
