Looking for a room and some amazing housemate(s)

Hi!

I am a 22 (nearly 23) year-old recent postgraduate who is originally from Cambridge. I finished my 4 years at Loughborough University and recently landed a job as an executive search consultant (thank god haha)! I have the opportunity to work from home on Fridays but will be commuting to Piccadilly Circus for the rest of the week (Mon-Thurs). My start date is the 06/01/2025 and I would ideally love to move in before this date (around late Dec to early Jan) to get comfortable and settled. My starting rate is £34k a year, with that looking to rise in May (hopefully hehe 🤞🏻) and I can provide a reference from my employer for this if needed :)

More personally, however, I am a very sporty girl who loves to swim, gym, and run when I can grasp the time for it. I also MUST watch the F1 and love a bit of rugby as well. On the weekends I like to chill out and visit some nice cafés and restaurants, with wine and cocktail bars being the limit of my nightlife battery (I prefer to read and stay in 👵🏻)

I have been in a houseshare for the past 4 years, so I am extremely experienced with the dynamics and the importance of living with housemates that are respectful, kind, and just overall lovely people. So, as well as a clean and kind person, I am also looking for a friend who can share some 🍵 with me and be comfortable with! I also have OCD, so I can guarantee you’ll never have to worry about me not being tidy 😅
