I am a master decorator

I am recently divorced and basically I have come back to where I'm from. I don't smoke, I do drink occasionally but not at home. I'm respectful easy to talk to and I am very easy to live with. I am very clean and I wouldn't deam of leaving my room untidy and go out . I am currently renting in Staines Epsom House. My landlady ( who is a real Lady will be glad to provide references as to my cleanliness and promptly paying the rent in the same day every month. My current contract is due for another 6 month renewal on 23rd. I've realised I'm paying too much rent so I'm looking for somewhere clean not too loud whetevi can cook then watch me Netflix
