Mature female needs some outdoor space
1 bed, large studio, annex or granny flat. Must have some sunny outdoor space. I need sun on my face, like to potter with plants & grow tomatoes. I am quiet, clean & tidy, trustworthy. Ive been with current landlord for years, looked after cat, gardens and house whilst they regularly holiday. Ideally max 1 hr travel to Frome for family. Unfurnished as have washing machine and odd furn. and like my own bed. Will maintain a garden, happy to decorate/clean if needed. Looking for long term. Currently work part-time and volunteer. Will get full time work if need to, but have funds ready to go. Ideally somewhere by May.
