Modern Apartment Buddy up in Bristol

Young professional currently based in Bridgwater looking to move into Bristol city centre for a more modern, social and convenient lifestyle. I’m looking to buddy up with another professional (or small group) to rent a high-quality 2 bed apartment in central Bristol.

My focus is on modern city living — ideally new-build / high-rise apartments with good amenities such as a gym, balcony, concierge or secure parking. Areas like Redcliffe, Temple Meads, Finzels Reach, Harbourside or nearby city-centre developments would be ideal.

I’m clean, respectful and easy-going. Social on weekends and enjoy going out, exploring the city, gym, food spots etc., but I also like a calm and tidy home environment during the week.

Looking for someone who is:

* A working professional (similar mindset)
* Clean, responsible and financially stable
* Interested in a modern city-centre apartment lifestyle
* Social but not a party house vibe

Budget-wise, I’m looking at a total rent around £1,500–£1,900 split between two (plus bills), which should comfortably cover a nice modern apartment.
