Jessica, 34 years young and a beautician at Jessica Maia Beauty in W10.
Gustavo, 42 and working in private healthcare on Harley Street, W1.

Our Lifestyle: We're non-smokers, pet-free, and really value a clean, tidy, and peaceful living space. We see our home as a sanctuary, so we enjoy a calm environment—no wild parties here! We prefer to keep it low-key, with no excessive alcohol or loud music.

What We’re Seeking:

We’re looking for a double room (furnished or unfurnished) in a shared house with another couple or a maximum of four people total, OR a cute studio or one-bedroom flat.

We’re flexible with our budget for the right place!

- **Parking:** Essential for us—street parking with a permit option works great!

We’ve loved our current flat for the last five years and truly made it our home. Since our landlord is selling the property, we’re excited to find a new space that we can cherish just as much.
