Looking for someone to buddy up

My current house mates are planning to moving out when the contract ends, so I’m looking for someone to takeover their spot, since landlord prefer to rent the place out as a group instead of rent out room by room.

2 spacious double room available from 1st August.

About the location:

The house is really well situated — just a 5 minute walk from Manor Metro Station, making it easy to get around the city. The city centre is around 10–15 minutes away on foot, and we’re close to Northumbria University and the Ouseburn area. For day-to-day shopping, there’s a Tesco and Sainsbury’s nearby.

About the rent and bills:
Rent is £500 per month per room broadband is included, but bills not included. Bills (Water, Council Tax, Electricity and Gas) typically come to around £100 per month per person.
