Seeking double room w/ easy central commute

31 y/o male civil servant. Moving out of my house in Battersea (our landlord is selling 🥲) and looking for a new friendly houseshare.

I work 5 days a week in Whitehall/Westminster so would love somewhere with an easy commute (this also makes me v low maintenance!)

Particularly great areas would be Vauxhall/Oval/Lambeth, Pimlico but also Battersea, Nine Elms, Clapham, Stockwell.

I don't need my own home-working space but would love somewhere with a living area to relax in. Outside space is always dreamy.

I enjoy reading, cooking, pub quizzes, wine bars, cinema, following almost any sport, visiting galleries/museums and running. I like a drink but I'm mostly quite chill - ideally looking for housemates I can have fun with but also quietly relax with on an evening.

I'm super clean 🫧 ✨
