Working Professional Couple Seeking Sublet

*Do not require room until July/August*

We’re a friendly, professional couple from Australia in our early 30s, looking for a long term base in the highlands starting from August. We have just accepted full time professional roles in the Highlands and are looking to rent before we purchase our own flat.

Happy to lease out whole flat, or to join an existing household. We are open to short term (1-2months) so that we can view more permanent properties in person.

A little about us: we’re tidy, respectful, and easygoing. We enjoy cooking, exploring our new surroundings, and are very open to sharing with others, we always keep things clean and considerate.

What we’re looking for:
• A double room or small flat
• Parking (private or on-street) for our car
• Reliable Wi-Fi (essential)
• Ideally bills included
• Budget up to £1000 for the month
• Locations: Inverness to Kingussie

We’ll take great care of your place and can provide great references if needed.
