Hello, I’m a professional chef currently working in hospitality and planning to relocate from Birmingham to Solihull or around the area.

I’m looking for a clean, comfortable room (or double room) within easy reach of the town centre or good transport links.
• Budget: around £750 per month (inclusive of bills if possible).
• Move-in date: from 1/07/26(flexible within a few weeks).
• About me: friendly, tidy, and considerate. I work full-time as a chef, so my hours can be varied but I’m quiet and respectful at home.
• Preferences: non-smoking household, Wi-Fi, and space to cook simple meals. Parking/bike storage is a bonus.
