Low-maintenance housemate, big on the outdoors

Hi! I'm a young professional looking for a room in or around Inverness. My work keeps me on the move during the week — I'm often away weekdays and some evenings — so I'm genuinely one of those housemates you'll barely notice Monday to Friday. Weekends are when I'm home and happy to actually be a decent human being to share a space with.
I've rented in a lot of different places and with a lot of different people, so I'm well used to adapting to house rules and existing rhythms. I respect boundaries, keep shared spaces clean and tidy, and I'm not the type to leave a trail of dishes or blare music at midnight.
When I'm not working or travelling, you'll most likely find me out on the hills — hiking and climbing are my thing, so the Highlands are genuinely a dream location for me. I'm looking for somewhere to base myself that feels like home, even if I'm not there every night.
