23M Masters Student Looking for house share

Hi! I'm a 23 year old male student and bartender about to start a full time masters course at Newcastle Uni, looking for a house share in Jesmond/Shieldfield/Sandyford. I prefer a good size kitchen and a good number of bathrooms but otherwise I'm not very fussy - in my room I only need space for a bed, a desk and a wardrobe!
As for looking for flatmates, I'm looking for full time students only, would prefer mixed gender, preferred age range is fairly vague: 20-25. I'm tidy, a good cook, sociable, an avid gym goer and a big football fan. I like a lot of music but my favourites are a mix of rock, metal and 80s alt.
