Looking for Buddy up for a 2-Bed property

I am a professional, aged 35 years

I just got a job in Bristol city centre and looking to start in the next month (Mid June 2026).

I am looking for a buddy to get a bigger house like a 2 bedroom

I understand properties in the region can be crazily high so it may not be feasible to get a 2 bathroom

Which is why I am open to a flatmate so we can get a property that provides us good convenience and our privacy and value for the money.

I have seen reasonable properties in several locations like: Bristol, Taunton, Weston Super-Mare, Newport, Cardiff

I am open to surrounding areas around Bristol as I have a hybrid working condition.

You can be rest assured of a roomie who can excellently tidy his environment and not keep things messy.

Also, we can network and do some social events together

I am open to hear your conditions

My budget is minimum of £600 and can move to £750 per month for my share

This keeps the rental between £1200- £1500

I believe this is reasonable for 2-bed property with en-suite and can also cover our bills.
