Two girls looking for Two rooms

Hi, we’re Rose and Nishi, both 27 and studying at Loughborough University London (E15). We’re looking for 2 rooms from next month, ideally by the 20th (earlier is fine too), preferably ensuite but open to other options as well. Budget is around £500 each(negotiable) including bills. Since we’ll only be on campus a few days a week, we’re open to areas within about an hour of Stratford with good transport links.
We’re currently in Maryland, London and can do in-person viewings. We’re looking for chill, respectful flatmates — gender doesn’t matter to us. We’re tidy, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces.
