Looking for a nice and quiet double room asap :))

Hey! my name’s grace, I’m an art direction and visual effects student going into their 4th and final year of uni and am a part time bartender/waitress in Mayfair. I’m 20 yrs old (21 in August), quiet but I enjoy socialising with flatmates and would love to be able to do fun stuff as a flat if you’re up for it, and I’m very tidy and respectful of communal spaces.

As said in the title, I’m looking for a double room priced at £1000 ppm max. With bills included, fully furnished, a washing machine and dryer, decent WiFi, and move-in date 7th of June earliest, 20th June latest.

In my spare time when I’m not studying/working, I really enjoy going for hikes and walks around London, photography and cameras, going to cool gigs and collecting vinyls, going on cool side quests, and I really love cats so if you have one I’d be over the moon :))

In terms of deal breakers, I honestly don’t have too much apart from not liking stinky/dirty spaces and lots noise at night as I do value what little sleep I can get around my job and studies haha
