A well lit clean and dry place in a quiet area close to natural woodland as I would like to start outdoor trail running and get the most out of the summer.
Unfurnished is Okay.
Furnished and Part Furnished are Okay too.
I don't drive so parking or proximity to the motorway is not an issue.
I would be happy to take on a caretaker role if asked. As I did at my last place for the property owner.
