Easy-going Professional looking for a room

Hi,

I'm Scott.
I am a relaxed, educated male looking for a room in Manchester within an easy commute to the centre of town.

I am very career -oriented and studious and am looking for a peaceful and wel-maintained room to rent near the centre of Manchester.

I'm 6'7'' in height and in my late 30's. I'm well-read, I am a keen film buff and history nerd. I am softly spoken, sensible, mature and easy to get on with. I have been told I have a rather witty and 'savage' sense of humour.

I occasionally go for a social drink with friends.
Im keen on film nights and go to the cinema more often than anything else.

My office is located in the centre of town and I would like to live somewhere comfortably within an easy commute from my job.

I am quite career-oriented and want a stress-free commute in to town.
Areas I am looking at are Fallowfield, Withington, Northenden, Hulme, Chorlton, Heaton Moor, Heaton Chapel, Whalley Range and Droylsden.
Most of my friends live in South Manchester so i would like to remain in this area.

Ideally, I'm looking for a double-room in a fully-furnished flat.
I would like all the bills to be included in the rent.
I have no patience for added-on charges or hidden fees as I'm trying to save for travel and rainy days.
I would also like the let to include broadband wifi and a washing-machine.

Happy to buddy up with friendly people.
I'm quite chatty and get on with almost everybody.
I'm not interested in students unless they were post-grad or mature.
Sleep and finding peace in my own time if very important to me, so finding a property where I can recover and plan after a busy day would be amazing.
