Mellow, quiet cyclist looking for chilled house

Professional male working 9-5 looking for 2 or 3 person household in central Manc location.

I work full-time and am looking for a quiet place to live with people with similar lifestyles and wavelengths (9-5 workweek, laid back weekends) within two-wheel commuting distance of work and family.
I'm low-maintenance and a conscientious housemate, fine with cleaning rotas etc.
Rapport, communication and privacy important.
Need to be able to relax around each other while still having space. Not adverse to hanging out but I'll have my own things going on.

I want to live with folk who are relaxed but communicative and organized as necessary, and focused on making the living arrangements as frictionless as possible. Not into house parties or heavy drinking sessions, would expect a quiet house above everything so if that sounds uncomfortable we maybe won't fit.

I love dogs and most other pets but am allergic to cats, sadly :[
