Double room wanted south of London

Hey all.

I'm looking for a room in south London, with a maximum of two other people (no couples as it feels like intruding). I work a 9 to 5 as an IT consultant and I work from home and all over the country, so access to a desk, or potential for a desk is important. I'm a non-smoker and would prefer a smoke-free home. Somewhere with parking either on the drive or via permit would be great too. Move in date and amount are flexible for the right place.

I'm a pretty social person, up for doing a wide range of things. I'd like to live with people in a similar position to myself and to be friends rather than 'just housemates'. I will be looking to join a local gym/group fitness and to also do things at the weekend to make the most of them!
