Professional looking for a place to call home

I am moving to Exeter to start a new job as a court legal advisor.
I am a sociable and easy going person person. I enjoy a chat at the end of the day over a cuppa (or wine!) However, I do respect that everyone needs their own space and down time.
In my spare time I like running, exercise classes, singing and baking.
I am clean and tidy and would appreciate living somewhere that feels like home :)
