Room Wanted

Hello,

I'm interested in renting a big single or double room, but may not always be there because of traveling home occasionally. But will pay what is agreed for the month. I want to reduce my long commutes by car and be able to cycle to keep active closer to work.

I am quiet, clean and tidy and will not be inviting anyone over (but I'm very sociable of course!). You won't find a drop of water on the bathroom floor or shavings in your sink after I've used it! I'm very easy going and like to give people their space or privacy. I also don't get disturbed too much with noise, I usually sleep through anything!

I will mainly be cycling to and from the lodging to my place of work near Uxbridge/Hayes and willing to cycle over 15 miles or so. Some local shops and transport would also be ideal as I'd need to walk to get groceries or catch transport if it isn't possible to ride due to bad weather or mechanical problems. Sometimes I may drive as I leave my car at work.

I require a safe area or a secure shed to keep my bicycle out-of-sight. Wireless broadband would be nice, otherwise good coverage on Vodafone network will do! Use of a washing machine is nice, but not important. I don't watch TV, and my use of the kitchen is very simple. I always wash up after myself.

I plan to rent monthly, I can be flexible if there are times the room may not be available.
