Loughborough to Nottingham

Please no commercial or student landlords, only private will be acknowledged. I will only need the room 15 nights a month. I was a lodger for 6 years before COVID disturbed things, so very used to cohabiting with consideration for the other person. I am looking for a room with a reasonable commute from Loughborough working manager at Barrow upon Soar I hope to find a room in a house with only one or two occupants. I require the room Monday to Friday mostly (one weekend per month, so must be flexible on weekends) as I have a home and family elsewhere. There is no council tax due for me. I prefer to pay weekly in cash or bank transfer. I also believe it's good to have a short probation period to see the situation suits us both and don't mind not getting into contracts like 6 month terms. I do not require the use of a washing machine or bath/shower as I have these at work. I am a clean and tidy person not usually making any disturbances.
