Double room near city centre Liverpool

Hi there guys. I'm a professional IT worker and I'm looking for a double room with all bills included that is within reasonable walking distance (say 20/30 minutes) of Old Hall Street (L3), as I'm having to move out of my current accommodation at the end of April as the owner is putting the while flat up for rent, and the rent (+ bills) is beyond what I could afford.

As for me, I'm really easy going (or so I've been told) and get on with just about anybody, and I'm just looking for somewhere to make me feel at home away from my REAL home during the week. I like a glass of wine or beer, and love going to he cinema or watching a movie at home, or playing a game on my PS4, and a good natter over a brew is always welcome!

I'd also like to be able to have a member of my family (daughter(21), son(24) or wife!) stay with me , as I envisage staying over at the weekend once in a while (I've got an inflatable bed!!)

Also, if your open to negotiations on the monthly rent then that would be great as I am looking for somewhere that I can hopefully be very long term for at least a minimum of 6 months (if not YEARS!) as I need to keep the costs down as I actually live in North Yorkshire so running a place here needs to be as cheap as can be!
