Seeking a friendly flat with lovely fun housemates

Hi

For the last few years, myself and 5 other close friends (strangers when I moved in) have shared a house in Peckham. It's been incredibly fun and many very happy memories, but sadly all good things come to an end and the place needs renovating.

I'm therefore now looking for a new mixed household of like-minded individuals, who are living as friends in the flat; not just people sharing rooms in the same building.

I'm hoping to find a group of people that sometimes go out on the weekend together, share evenings together, enjoy each other's company and would be accepting of a new individual such as myself into the fold. I have a wonderful group of friends already and would love for my new housemates to feel happy to come join us down the pub etc.

As for myself, I run in a tech startup which takes up a lot of my time. I live by a "work hard, play hard" motto, and so enjoy making the most of my weekends. Admittedly work/age seems to be taking its toll and I am less likely to be out for late ones midweek and prefer quiet drinks after work or ideally chilling with my housemates.

In a non-covid world, I normally love making the most of what London has to offer, and most weekends will try to find something fun to do. I'm hoping new flatmates enjoy getting out the house and doing likewise. I'm also very partial to a good piss up; weekends often do tend to involve a hangover.

I love sport, although am somewhat limited as still recovering from shoulder surgery following a cycling accident. The physio has allowed me to start cycling again so that's a start!

As for house manners: I am a tidy and considerate individual, that won't leave the washing up not done or make a mess everywhere. When I get home from work (assuming I'm not meeting friends for drinks), I like to chill with my housemates and chat / watch TV or a film whilst I eat dinner.
