Professional Seeks 2 Bed Share Only

Hi guys,

I’m looking for a 2-bedroom flat specifically in Hackney, Finsbury Park, Crouch End or the Highbury & Islington areas. I’m looking to spend around £900 odd max including bills. I’m looking to downsize from where I am now into a nice flat that I can call home for a long time.

About me:

I’m Stephen, a 28 year old gay man originally from Glasgow and living in Crouch End currently and working in Real Estate communications in Farringdon. I’ve lived in London for over 5 years now. I’m single and a non-smoker too.

I’m consider myself to be a fun loving and friendly person with a big heart. I’m very easy to get along with and i’m incredibly respectful and tidy (even enjoy cleaning). I respect people’s space but equally love to socialise over a drink or two and watch tele - I have Netflix, NowTV, Hayu and Amazon subscriptions which gives you an idea of how much I enjoy that part. I’m a big fan of trashy reality TV (don’t judge) and a good BBC drama too. I also enjoy cooking and recently signed up to HelloFresh so I make things every night almost which is saving me from my McDelivery addiction.

I love my music. I’m a regular at Festivals and a big lover of everything from golden oldies to House/Techno. If you like to dance around the living room since COVID has destroyed clubbing as we know it then i’m your guy for that. I’m also really into travelling and make a yearly pilgrimage to Ibiza alongside somewhere i’ve never been each year and used to travel a lot with work.

I’d like to live with someone a bit like myself, who’s easy going with a sense of humour who doesn’t take life too seriously. I would ideally prefer to find someone to call a friend as appose to a housemate. That’s the kind of bond i’d like to have with someone eventually.

I’m looking to move from the start of August but flexible on move in dates.
