House share/private rental with our friendly cat

Hi,

My name is Steph and my partner is called Rob. Whilst we are saving for our own house we are looking for a house share or private rental preferably in Malvern and the surrounding area with our very mature, affectionate and house trained cat!

We are hoping to find somewhere between now and February. I have recently moved out of a 'spareroom' houseshare where i spent a wonderful 3 years with my housemate who is now a great friend of mine (reference can be provided) I only moved out purely to save some money. However, Rob and i would like to have the opportunity to spend more time together so we have decided to place an add on here as it worked so well for me last time :)

I am a very mature 28 year old, currently studying to become a counsellor and I also work as a support worker too and run my own business house and pet sitting. So there may be times when Rob and I are staying away in other people? s homes for periods of time house/pet sitting.
Rob is 39 and has just started working for a local car firm in Malvern, after working for BMW for the last 12 years.

We both have a car so would prefer to move where there is a driveway or safe parking offered. We obviously appreciate that this isn't always available and would be happy to park on a main/side road.

We are looking for a double room and preferably with an en suit or separate bathroom but that isn't a necessity as we are used to and respectful of sharing. We have our own bedroom furniture etc if required.

We are extremely easy going to get along with and always happy to help around the home. Rob is keen on gardening and quite handy with household DIY! So he will be more than happy to help out.

We are both in a rock/pop covers band and music is a great interest of ours.

We love animals so don't mind sharing a house with other pets. Our cat Oliver is used to living with other animals too such as cats, dogs and chickens!
I also have a background of working in childcare and previously worked in New York as a nanny so living with children is also no problem for us.
