Hi I'm Mark, I'm an IT consultant.
I'm starting a project at Swansea University in March.
I'm looking for a nice room to rent - en suite if possible, and close to the campus.
I go home to Brighton most weekends but would like the option to stay at the weekend occsasionaly.
Access to basic utilities and parking would be great.
PS I Don't mind sharing with M or F.
