Looking for a room in Epsom/Leatherhead/Ewell

Hi!

I?m a 22 year old working professional, I work in the financial sector and my job is based in Surrey.

I want to move to the Epsom area as my offices are moving and I'd like a quick commute.

The Basics:
I?m a really clean and tidy person - this is V. Important, I hate mouldy places/damp places that don't smell clean and fresh. As such I would like to live with clean people.

I like pizza, a lot. If you like pizza then I like you.

I have a pet hamster ? he has red eyes and his name is Hellboy. He isn't really an 'out of cage' kind of guy, I rescued him a year ago and won't give him up if you insist - I'd find another property as he does no harm and my current letting agent love him!

I don?t mind living with males or females. I generally get along with everyone :)

I?ve never missed a rent payment or bill payment. I?d prefer accommodation with all bills inclusive as it's financially a bit easier for me but I don?t mind too much if bills need to be sorted, but then I would expect this to be reflected in the rent for a shared place.

What do I do:
During the week I usually have work to do in the evenings, I also like to cook, clean and watch movies or go to the gym. I work early in the mornings so would really appreciate a house where I can get restful sleep during week-nights. I have a big group of friends from New-Zealand but they live in Wandsworth so sometimes I stay with them on the weekends.

During weekends I often see my friends and throw some mad shapes, travel back to my home county to see my family or play video games ? I will be bringing a TV and PS3 and welcome co-op games - my boyfriend lives about 15 miles away and I stay with him once or twice a week so the flat would be empty if there were just the two of us for a couple days each week.

I really like RuPaul?s drag race and go to see my favourite drag queens perform every now and then in central London.

Things you might like to know:
I have the option to move in to a furnished or unfurnished flat. I restored a bunch of furniture because my current place was unfurnished but I can store this/sell this if required would just need some notice to get some eBay listings up.

I drive a smart car ? I?m happy to pay for a permit and it?s pretty easy to park, I?ll be happy to go food shopping with flatmates, as contrary to popular belief it does have a boot!

I can get references from my accommodation for the past 5 years. I?ve never lost a deposit & will respect our home.

I?m an Atheist, I respect all religion but it isn?t for me and I?d much prefer to live with people who won?t make religion a frequent conversation topic as I've lived with very religious people before and I did (at times) feel uncomfortable being told I'm going to hell for sharing a bed with my boyfriend!
