Double Room Ensuite? Must Be Non-Smoking Place

Hi, I'm a young@heart very able bodied 64yr old ex-Military(Army+RAF Tech engineer)divorced straight single male.
Covid status tested regularly, never had it , had 2 Pzifer jabs just waiting on Booster day.
I'm clean, tidy, respectful of & very considerate to others & to the property.
Very environmentally responsible

I'm allergic to Nicotine so a non smoking residence only
if you allow smoking/vaping/cigars even in the garden ground etc etc no point in contacting me, it's a genuine allergy not just a dislike
There's just me, no family, kids, or pets , though I love cats, like dogs.
Looking for a nice roomy un/furnished large double room /annexe/mobile home/ conversion/studio/etc etc en-suite would be great.
I'm a night shift worker 4on 4off 5pm>8am sometimes later includes commute time sometimes away for several days @a time so if you have a nice place but Mon-Fri it could work but entirely up to you
