Professional in need of room in shared flat
I'm a private tutor teaching English, maths and languages for children, working mostly around Kensington and central London, looking for somewhere more central to live. I'm okay with pets and children and happy with a small room, but definitely want a smoke-free household. A garden of some kind would be preferred but not essential.
The location needs to be somewhere fairly central; please only don't contact me if the location is more than 40 minutes by train from Kensington.
I can also offer tuition or babysitting services if helpful.
My hobbies include languages, crosswords, bouldering and computer games.
