MA Acting student looking for share

Hi there,
I'm currently training at ArtsEd drama school in Chiswick but about to graduate and go into a day job (I have a guarantor of necessary), am 26, and looking for somewhere in the surrounding area (West London) but can go further afield for the right place / price / people.
I'd really like somewhere on a rolling contract if possible, but would consider a longer contract.
I wouldn't mind lodging, a live in landlord, sharing with whatever numbers or finding a place with other like minded people.
I'm pretty open, friendly, and can get on with most people. As an actor I have good people skills and am good at working together, as a team, and sharing. I would be out a lot at school and the rest of the time probably just chill or be out socialising. I enjoy socialising in as much as out, and would happily share meals or drinks occasionally.
I'm very clean and tidy, and don't at all mind washing up duties and cleaning rotas, or am equally open to splitting the cost of a cleaner.
It's not a deal breaker but I have a small cat I'm happy to bring who is pretty cute and quiet, and is happy staying in as a house cat, and I'm happy to pay a bit extra deposit for it if need be, or my Mum can take her if not / if she is too much for anyone.
