Creative looking for a nice place to call home

Hey,

Little bit about myself:

Personality/Work: I am 24-year-old Fine Art (BA) graduate, almost 25 actually now. I am highly creative, but I have other interests as well.. and I like to mix with all kinds of people. I am an only child so I get on with older people as well as my own age. I love long chats, learning new things and I am good at problem solving. I am kind and genuine, and I value like-minded people.

On a day to day I am pretty chilled out and I like to do my own thing as well as going out occasionally, regardless of the day for a reason listed below..

I work in a lovely pub (The Park Crescent) so far (full-time), so naturally I am into drinks and meeting new people. My work is quite varied from week to week and I do enjoy my work, I have been in the industry for 3 years now. I DON'T ALWAYS WORK WEEKENDS, and I DON'T ALWAYS DO EVENING SHIFTS.

I think the plan is to stay working there for a good couple of months till I find somewhere I want to progress. I think it is quite likely that I might start commuting to job in London, so the HOUSE/FLAT LOCATION IS IMPORTANT me as well, and would prefer somewhere not too far from the station (either Brighton Station or Preston Park).

I love pets, so living with any is more of a pro than a con. I don't mind anyone's sexuality at all either.

Some more pros and cons of living with me: Highly supportive, highly ambitious, not afraid of hard work so could potentially be out working quite a lot at times, or locked in my room making art or editing pictures.

Good at washing up, good at planning my time, semi good with keeping my room and computer desktop and head organised. Have good standards for cleaning.

I think I should finish with saying that I am looking for a nice place to stay and a lovely, balanced household. x
