Looking for a luminous room

35 year old professional looking for a luminous and spacious room in a quiet house.
Vegan, passionate about the outdoors (climbing, biking, running, yoga, etc) will likely be away most weekends and rarely entertain guests.
Would prefer a house with a garden (I like to do some of my exercises outdoors), a bit of a storage space (for the bike and a couple of bouldering crash pads) and a parking space (doesn’t have to be a dedicated one). Am also hoping for a house where smoking isn't allowed indoors.
Am rarely cooking but I do enjoy socialising over a cup of tea and the occasional film. I'm putting a lot of effort into cleaning and making a place homely so a live-in landlord might be more suited then house sharing, providing there's a similar midframe.
Am looking all over the country, my partner will be away until September and I would like to take advantage and do some exploring.. Would prefer rural areas but will consider small towns as long as the place is right. Happy to move in at any point but would prefer before sooner rathe than later
