Fun, friendly guy looking for a sociable home

Hey!

I'm Jamie, 27, work in insurance and looking to move into a sociable house with like minded housemates. I?m open to any areas within a reasonable commute into the city for the right house/people. I have previously lived in 2 shared houses around Clapham/Balham for 5 years, but sadly moved out of my last house as I embarked on a 3 month sabbatical travelling. Unfortunately, the time has come to return to the real world.

Some interesting things about me are:
I once trended on twitter for a day.
I performed a rendition of Sean Paul feat Blu Cantrell Breathe at an X Factor audition once. Both parts. It turns out I don't have it.

Ideally I'd like to live in a sociable house where my housemates are not just housemates, but mates. A house that is treated like a home. I do have my own circle of friends, but in my previous house-shares we spent the evening in the lounge together if we're about and go for the odd pub trip/quiz at the weekend if we're free and I'd like my new place to be more of the same. I also come with a huge HD tv (if required), Netflix and Sky subscription, perfect for a lazy Sunday.

Preferably I would like a mixed gender household; this balance has been more fun the past. I'm available to move in ASAP, but can be flexible with dates as am currently lodging with a previous SpareRoom housemate (which hopefully means I was a good flatmate...)
