Seeking Big, Beautiful Room & Tranquil Environment

I’m a self employed documentary photographer and lecturer, I've have been enjoying a successful freelance career for over a decade

I'm available to move from the 1st of June, but can be flexible - my budget is also flexible for the *right* place/ person/ people :)
I work from home occasionally but am usually out on location

Looking for a room to rent in a clean, comfortable house/ apartment, but I’m open to the prospect of solo living

I’d prefer built in storage where possible/ good quality, well designed and thoughtfully decorated. Ideally minimalist as I’m severely allergic to dust & pet hair. I’m also a non smoker

I’m currently in Newington Green and have previously lived in Stoke Newington & various areas across North/ East London. I'm open to which area I move too as long as there are good transport links

I’m very sociable naturally, I enjoy my own company and I'm easy to get on with. Previous flatmates describe me as kind, well mannered, clean, tidy and thoughtful. I'm looking to share with respectful, considerate, likeminded people 😌
