Rob 27, Professional seeks a double room

I am a professional male aged 27 looking for a double room. I am available to move from around June/July as I'm on a 1 month notice and have a budget of ?500pcm or there abouts with bills included. I would like to share with professionals ideally between 23 and 30 years old with ideally no more than 4 in a house. Or open to rent a 1 bed flat. Currently work in the city centre so possibly would like train station near by to commute. ideal areas are Pudsey, Farsely, Bramley, Pontefract or Castleford but open to other areas. Aiming to avoid student areas.

I'm looking for a housemates who like to socialise over a meal etc but also appreciate personal space.

Off Road parking would be preferable but isn't an essential. I'm Clean and Tidy and have a good sense of humour, looking for a house with like-minded people.
