Looking for a quiet flat

Hello,

I'm looking to move back into London in September. My office is in Holborn so I'm looking for an area within 30-40min distance.

The thing I care the most about is having a quiet flat when I sleep since I am a light sleeper. This means no loud parties, screaming, movies etc during the night.

More about myself: I work as a Software Engineer, sometimes I might work from home but I do prefer the office. During the week I am outside the flat most of the time, I usually leave home around 9:30am and come back around 10pm. When I am inside the flat I do prefer to chill in the living room, so it would be nice to have other people there to chat with.

Outside of work I do a lot of fitness (gym, running, hiking, did some martial arts in the past but also up for new things). I also enjoy doing evening walks so it would be nice to live with someone that also enjoys this.

I normally cook for the week, so I need cooking space and fridge space. I also like to try new recipes, I had some fun doing molecular gastronomy recipes.

I'm a big geek on board games & video games, I would totally be up to have board games nights!
