Spare Room Needed near Birmingham Conservatoire

I am a music student at Birmingham Conservatoire. I will work at Town Hall and Symphony Hall this year.

I need a place to live in that is walking distance from these areas- Jewellery Quarter is preferred as a lot of my friends live there.

I am friendly and like socializing, but also work very hard and spend most of my time at college. I am very neat and like things to be tidy and clean.

I would like to live with other work-orientated people, be they students or professionals. Female flatmates are preferred.

I like gardening and cooking.
