Double Room or Buddy Up - Holbeck Urban Village

I'm starting a new Procurement job with Jet2 in Leeds in less than two weeks. I'm currently looking for a place to stay in the Holbeck Urban Village area or nearby.

Looking for an available double room, or I'd be interested in buddying up with someone to find a 2 bed apartment - there seems to be a few available at the moment.

I'm clean and tidy, and pretty easygoing. I've lived in house shares in the past with both guys and girls, and had no problems.
I enjoy a couple of drinks occasionally. I'm not really interested in living with someone who parties a lot. Would prefer a professional flatmate rather than a student.
