Professional working male wanting single or double

I am a semi retired professional male. My main interests are cooking (all cuisines) so I would need cupboard and fridge/freezer space as well as work surface. I wont take over the kitchen, unless of course you don't mind having a private chef! I am discreet and tidy to the point where you would sometimes wonder if I was really living there. I have no problem sharing with male or female of any age and I have a broad outlook on life. I like walking and cycling so ideally I would need a shed / garage space to accommodate my bikes plus storage for surplus luggage.
