Reliable tenant seeking accommodation

I’m on a mission to help my mum find her perfect new home after great success on here helping my father in law on this site! She’s a warm, independent, and respectful 59-year-old who thrives in a peaceful and relaxed setting. Ideally, she’d like to be within about 30 minutes of PE3, as she provides care and support for a disabled gentleman in the area.

Previously, she shared a home with my sister and her children, but now that my sister and her children have taken an opportunity out of town, my mum is on the lookout for a long-term place that suits her needs.

She’s ideally hoping of a self-contained flat/studio/annexe, or a small property, but she’s also open to a calm and easy-going house share with either a live-in or live-out landlord. A mature household would be perfect for her, as all her children are grown, and she cherishes a serene home environment.

Her budget is around £800 per month, including bills.

My mum is incredibly house proud, clean, and considerate, and she values a calm and respectful home life. She’s creative and free-spirited, with passions for gardening, textiles, furniture restoration, music. Gardening holds a special place in her heart, so a place with outdoor space, a garden to enjoy, or an opportunity to help maintain one would truly delight her.

She drives and has her own car, so parking would be a lovely bonus.

Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of others’ space and routines, she’s hoping to find somewhere comfortable, secure, and ideally long-term.
