Looking for a friendly flatshare Sept 2024

Hi, I'm Karine. I'm looking to relocate at the end of August or beginning of September. I don't need to view the room in person as I am not currently in Leeds. A video viewing would be perfect.

Ideal rent would be approx. £475 - 550 all included.

I am friendly, respectful, clean and tidy. I don't have parties or make noise. I'm looking to share with similar. I much prefer to share with professionals.

I speak four languages and have been a translator for 11 years. I have pre-settled status.

I will be upfront about why I unfortunately don't have a reference. My previous landlord in Scotland had a gaping hole in the kitchen where mice could freely come in and out of our living space and refused to acknowledge it existed and/or refurbish the shabby flat. When I first viewed the flat, this was concealed. I kept the room in great condition and always cleaned whilst the other flatmate never did. I had to endure not one but two floodings of my room and the bathroom and kitchen from the flat above.

If triple rent + deposit will suffice, I am happy to hold a video call as well to meet and for any further questions you may have.
