Professional easy going male

Hi there,

I am looking for a home share with a live in landlord. I am looking for a small double or large single room, with a lounge, no smoking, relaxed atmosphere, no dramas etc...... Ideally I want to share with 1/2 people only, male or female.

I am sensible, independent and clean, and I always pay on time. I watch films on TV, go to cinema, theatre, lots of sports (used to play semi pro rugby, had the chance to go pro however work took over) weight lifting sometimes, listen to jazz and other music, you get the idea. I have a valid reason for moving and I come with excellent work and landlord references. I studied languages at uni, I work as a buyer in the travel industry and lived overseas for 12 years including Caribbean, USA, France, Spain etc....
