Looking for friendly place. Ensuite

Ad ref# 5198152

Hello! I'm Noshi Asif, female, 61. I'm originally from Norfolk. Pen name Noshe Lynn, after my birthplace King's Lynn. After the 15th of February, I need accomodation, either double room ensuite in a fully furnished house share, a paying guest arrangement with ensuite, or studio/annexe/independent area.
I'm originally from Norfolk. Pen name Noshe Lynn, after my birthplace King's Lynn. .
I would need the usual other amenities, full use of kitchen, washing machine/dryer, shared living room, TV, fast broadband/wifi and good heating. A desk and good light in my room where i can paint, and also a comfortable chair for relaxing in.....If sharing, would like it to be with friendly people/person, though privacy is also important and I would respect yours fully as well. I get on well with all age groups equally and they seem to get on with me.
I would need the freedom of being on the premises at any time, as I won?t be doing full time work, and often work from home in any case.
Need to be within easy walking distance of a bus-stop or train station and shops.
I am hoping to find a place with flexibility in the timeline. Preferably a short let for two to three months with the possibility of going to 6 months if things work out. 600 to 700 a month would be preferred but I can be a bit flexible if the right place turns up.
I?m a qualified English teacher [CELTA, London] and have taught Creative Expression and English to wonderful, crazy kids and adults. Have studied French and German, Psychology and English Literature in the past.
Animal rescue work has been upper-most over the past many years though, and I?ve been living in Pakistan, my parents country, for a long time doing just that - rescuing and rehoming dogs and cats mostly, as well as looking after our many animal adoptees over the years. The feeding of hungry animals at the gate who like my cooking, and rescuing those I can, has been uppermost in my life for a long time....
My interests apart from animals: music of all kinds, everything from from Bach to Beatles to Bigbang [K-pop], and all sorts of world folk music. Books - especially thrillers and childhood favourites - maps, history, photography, film and TV [especially murder mystery ], acting, walking, [watching] football and tennis, and cookery. I try to keep up with exercise and yoga, and a bit of dancing when no-one's looking.
I paint on small glass items in an ethnic style which I have sold in the past. I want to start this again. I would love to learn to read and write music, and also tap dance. I am very interested in a lot of things, but would describe myself as ?generally quiet?.
Am a vegetarian, enjoy learning about Planet Earth, and wish I were a naturalist. Am not a follower of any religion, though have an interest in the history of all of them.
Have the soul of a mathematician somewhere in there - numbers fascinate me wherever I see them, but my brain refuses to follow, so I have to make do with words instead. Luckily I love words too and have written for magazines and newspapers. Also worked as copywriter/editor and on private campaigns for leprosy awareness, earthquake relief, animal welfare, cakes, cars and hotels, and more. Creative work is always ongoing with awareness campaigns that need hard-hitting captions and copy. Long-term projects are poems for children, a compilation of my humour writings, a book with my rescue stories , and a long piece [ongoing] on my [layman?s] view of early humans and their travels out of Africa..
While here, I hope to restart some freelance tuitions, and my artwork.....and if you are a student from another country, you can practice English and creative expression with me!

I?m a responsible, tidy and careful person to have around and always make sure doors are locked and nothing is damaged. If any animal needs feeding, or anyone else needs help, I?m ready [though I dont babysit, don?t walk dogs.....they tend to run away with me....and I can't drive or do heavy lifting.] Am NOT happy with fixed cleaning rotas. Always nice if everyone cleans up after themselves, and hoovering etc to do as and when able...
I?m happy in a casual atmosphere where it's cosy and friendly, rather than impersonal or rigid.
Hope to meet some nice new friends online soon, so we can chat and see how we get on....and then hopefully in person too!! Do make contact because if I find the right people and accomodation I can arrange my plans accordingly. Will have to Airbnb first in order to be on the spot for meeting up and seeing the place.
[Just a reminder?..I won?t be sharing a house or flat with males so please don?t respond if a male, or all males, living on your own.]
Thanks,
Bye for now!!
