Comfortable Flat/House required for professional

Looking for a spacious double bed, furnished apartment/house near the NN3 (Abington Vale, Weston Favell) area, preferably with bills and internet included. I don't mind sharing living space or bathroom. I'm a professional chemist who earns enough to always be good for rent payments, and I would make an excellent housemate/tenant for anyone who can help me find the right place. Potential flatmates should expect a largely quiet, friendly and intelligent character who will keep out of the way most of the time. Am open to making new friends though. Totally respectful of peoples space and privacy, and would expect the same respect back.
