Looking for a room in East London!

Hey,

My landlord is moving back into my current flat so looking to move somewhere new for mid-late August.

I am 25 and have been in London for 4 years now. I work 9-5 Mon ? Fri in the homelessness sector. I'm based in Bethnal Green so looking around there or the Stoke Newington/London Fields/Dalston/Hackney area. Up for considering North or South East for the perfect house and housemates.

I am looking for a sociable house of a similar age that is pretty chilled during the week but where I would be welcome from time to time to have friends over for dinner or for a couple of drinks on a weekend. I am respectful, tidy and have a good selection of house plants.

Budget is around the ?700/?750 mark and I am up for buddying up with people who are already in London.
