Friendly Queer Housemate :-)

Hello future housemate(s),

I am Julia, a 34yo, queer, non-binary, disabled, community organized. I work part time in the charity sector, and I am home based. I like reading books, occasional netflix, talk about feminism, smashing the patriarchy, occasional baking, and much more. I sometimes enjoy having people and friends come visit me.
I like to chat around the house and also need my own lone time.
Looking for a peaceful place, with mature individuals who take responsibility of their own behaviour.
I am looking for a cozy, warm, clean, and tidy home. A garden would be amazing! I have a car so somewhere with decent parking. Plus points for pets.

I am putting feelings out there for my ideal housing situation. I am originally from Italy, and I have been living in the UK since 2015. Due to family reasons, I am currently in the process of starting splitting my time about halfway between Italy and the UK.
It wouldn't be an exact even split; perhaps the time I'd spend abroad would be about four months in the Winter and another two in late Spring/Summer. So, I am looking for someone who would be interested in renting a room or a space out only for about half of the year.

It should go without saying, but no homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia (I am a foreigner), sexism, racism, etc etc. Looking to be around lovely people who appreciate taking care of the house, and be kind to each other. Extra points for LGBT households!
