Room or Buddy Ups wanted

Hi everybody,

WFH Web Developer looking to buddy up to get something that's better bang for the buck. I'm a simple man of mostly intellectual pleasures. I do love being active (walking, playing tennis, etc), love Nature and back when I was wiser, used to meditate.
While I do work from home, I have silent keyboard/mouse though and won't be typing like an enthusiastic monkey.

A bit about you:
Male or Female is fine, I'm not fussed about gender as long as you're respectful and friendly, or at least a hermit that leaves me alone :)
You enjoy a deep conversation or at least have the sense to not bother me with gossip and trivialities.
It'd be nice if you're into tennis or some other physical activity, so that I can have someone to play with; tennis is particularly boring when played by oneself.
You respect people's peace of mind and sleep ... this is very important because THERE BE DRAGONS IF YOU DON'T.
