Budding up / house share wanted

I'm just testing the water here! I am looking to rent a 3 or 4 bed house or flat (mostly for extra space) but due the the price of rent I can afford to do it on my own, so I am looking to see if anyone fancies budding up and renting a lovey place to call home.

I'm gay, so if that's a problem then we wont get on! I've lived in London and Dublin before so therefore i'm a good judge of character instantly knowing if i will get on with someone.

I don't smoke, so if we were to share you would ask you to respect that, it is also important that the rent and bills are paid on time. i don't mind peps are on benefits as long as the landlord accepts. I work Monday to Friday just now so I'm looking for a quiet household, Although I love wine and vodka!
